Amendment To Rule 2: This Tournament will be open to bowlers who are current members of USBC, The Stepladder. All membership cards must be presented at registration. To be eligible for the Giant $3000 Stepladder, you must have bowled in one event from October 2009 to July 2010. If no tournament between the fore mention dates, a bowler  may become eligible for The Giant Stepladder by paying a one time surcharge of $67 for The Giant Stepladder. One hundred percent of the $67 surcharge will go into the prize fund of The Giant Stepladder
